The staff is very down to earth, with the underappreciated night life of downtown Hamilton and the quite, discreet placement of the buildings it's a ideal location for me. Maintenance is always timely and the remodel of the apartments common areas make me sad I'm moving. If you are a reasonable and well adjusted person like myself, this is an ideal place

I seem to be one of the lucky ones, where my corner , downstairs apartment is not effected by the strange heat waves in Ohio. It still stays 74, and no ac, even with boilers on. It was 80 in here on Christmas. Unusual warm day. I just opened window.
